Guess what????? Meet Nieci....
He gave in!
She's supposed to be part Jack Russell and part Toy Terrier. Not thinkin that's what she is...we think she's part Min Pin, if not all. She weighs 6.2 oz and is so little. But, in the end, it doesn't matter, she needed a home and a loving family.
She is sooo loveable, cute, sweet and is adjusting so well! And did I mention that she has not barked at all?! She cried for a couple seconds when I put her in her bed but she was out like a light in no time. She had her first Vet visit on our way home from picking her up. I will blog about that this week...you know we took pictures! : )
And after, "I don't want nothin to do with her!" BAHWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! He loves her!!! He's not so tough deep inside! There's a heart in there and she found it on the first day.
Love at first sight!!!
Oh, and one last thing...she's not a dog...she's a baby. My baby. She will have all girlie things, including a girlie leash and collar....I love her. I wonder if she will like to shop...hmmmm...

What a cutie! My boys are always asking for a dog and a few weeks ago I thought my hubby was gonna give in! I was gonna haveta hurt him! But to no avail, we are still puppiless, but there is always next week! Congrats on your new addition and have fun with her! You captured some touching shots! Can't wait to see more of her! What's the cat think?!

She's so cute Keli! We didn't plan our last pet either. My husband was totally against it, but gave in because he loves us. Now he loves our kitty too. :)

ReplyDeleteWhen I got my toy poodle puppy the men in my family were appalled that I wouldn't get a "real" dog.
That lasted until they met all 1.5 pounds of her (she's now about four lbs). They love her. (You can see her picture on my profile or under my "dogs" label if you want to. She's my baby!

ReplyDeleteomgaww, one of the biggest fights we ever got into was last year when I bought my bichon for 250$. he seriously quit talking to me for 2 days!! he had never done that! but he likes her now, we have a zoo! 2 cats and 3 dogs! your new baby is precious, she made herself right at home!! cute pics! miss ya, ♥ LA
