This is the sorta thing I look forward to on Mother's Day.
Handmade stuffed with cotton puffy colorful hearts made with thought, crayons, staples and love.
And this,
Words written by a 9 yr. old in pencil, thought out on her own.
And this,
Words that say "I love you very (not just one very but two) very much", "You're the best mom ever". There's really nothing sweeter.
And then there's this,
Her handwritten little nickname signature. Seriously, who could ask for more.
I cherish and save each and every one of my handmade gifts from my kids.
My son is 18 now and I miss these small but wonderful gifts of love. Which, makes me appreciate even more, the gifts my daughter brings to me.
Time passes so quickly and soon I won't have them from her either.
My eyes are blurry with tears, I can't see so I'll leave you with this.
Me and my kids....
I hope you all had a FABULOUS Mothers Day!!!
Love,
