Not Me Monday

I can not believe it's the start of a new week already. Here goes another list of confessions...

#1 I did not eat 2 spoonfuls of Marshmallow Creme right out of the jar....ugh..it's way way to sweet!

#2 I did NOT feed my girlfriends daughter McDonald's twice this weekend! That would be so unhealthy and lazy of me! And I also did not let her run around the house all afternoon in her pull-ups!

#3 I did not lay on the family room floor, cozied up by the fire with the girls and watch Winn Dixie on Saturday afternoon! And I did not enjoy it! I have so much housework to do!

#3 I also did not SHUSH the girls while watching it! I was really enjoying it and I couldn't hear and it was at a really good part! It is now on my top 10 movie list!

#4 I did not SHUSH the teens in the front row at the theater during Madagascar! I would never do that! How RUDE! And I did not laugh right out loud at King Julian!

#5 I did not post my pregnant friends belly without her permission..Now that would be rude!

#6 I do not and did not move around ridiculously in my car dancing all the way home...It's a long way home and it was a really good station! (plus I realllllyyyyy had to go tinkle)

#7 I did not not pull up to the pump at the gas station on the wrong side! It was not sooo embarrassing!

#8 I did not sit in MY chair last night eating a HUGE bowl of chocolate ice cream with M cuddled up beside me eating her own HUGE bowl of chocolate ice cream while the fire warmed us up. And it most definitely was NOT her bedtime!

#9 I did not carry my Dust Buster in the car with me today along with Armor All wipes thinking I was going to clean my car on my lunch hour..why would I think I would do that!? HA!

#10 I did not sit here for a 1/2 hour trying to think of another Not Me just so I could have a list of 10!!! Ridiculous!!!

Not Me Monday...

Another week has gone by and it's time again to let out all the things we did NOT do. Here goes..

1. I did not color my hair at 11:30 last night, rinse, wash and still have color all over my scalp!

2. I did not stay in my jammies all day yesterday until I HAD to get ready for a weenie roast!

3. I did not get up on Saturday at 9:00 to clean only to sit down and check for comments.

4. I also did not sit there for 2 hours checking and commenting on others blogs!

5. I did not periodically check others blogs during my intense cleaning day!

6. It did not take me 2 hours to do two menial tasks cuz I could not stay away from the computer!

7 . I also did not come home today from the basketball tournament to sit down and relax and I'll be dad gummed if this laptop did NOT jump into my lap! It's alive people!!! I truly need a Bloggers Anonymous class!

Not Me Monday

OMGosh! It's Monday already??? Shut up!

1. I did not stay up late last night blogging just to catch up because I promised to stay away all weekend!

2. I was not totally exhausted this morning when I woke up and my first thought was not, "I wonder if I have any comments this morning!" What can I say, I heart blogging!

3. After thinking that, I did not grab my cell phone and proceed to get online to check! What is wrong with me!

4. I did not spray paint 2 of neighbor kids hair black without permission from their parents...what? Me? NO!

5. I did not tell my friend Ang that I love Mark Hall's Twitters and then did not say "That didn't sound good, did it?!" tee hee

6. I did not lock my keys in the car over the weekend and my purse was not in there! Ugh!

7. I did not say on Halloween that they little Sheriff, cutie patootie, looked like he roped a street walker.....Why would a Mom say that about her very own daughter?

This is not the greatest NOT ME list but it's all I got......

Not Me Monday...

Here we go again....


1. I did not take 3 girls to see HSM3 and I most certainly did not enjoy it!

2. I did not take them to Taco Bell before the movie and I did not eat a taco AND an enchirito. I'm trying to eat better...Taco Bell is NOT in the plan!

3. I did not clean out the garage for 3 hours and did not proceed to sweep it during 50 mph wind gusts!

4. I also did not bag up 3 big bags of trash and set them in the yard while finishing the garage, and did not leave them there "by accident" during the 50 mph winds! I am not a tacky neighbor!
5. I did not go to Walmart because I seriously do not despise that place...Ugh!

6. I did not buy a Dustbuster and I promise you that I did NOT get sooo excited to hurry up and get home and vacuum out my RED!

7. Last but not least, I did not twitter "I heart Corbin!!" and "Corbin can dance, people!!" from my seat at the movie theater! What kind of 42 year old mother would do that??

1. I did not spend 6 hours shopping with my daughter to find a FEW items for Fall.
2. I did not buy 600 count sheets for $20 at a festival really BELIEVING that they are 600 count sheets...do I look like a fool?
3. I did not set a bowl of fruity pebbles on my daughters bedroom floor for her while I tied her shoe. Then proceeded to shove Ginger Snap, the cat, from putting her nose in the bowl, which in turn dumped the entire sugary bowl of cereal all over the carpet. Sigh......stupid cat!
4. I did not drive past Goodwill for the 5th week in a row! But this time I did not turn around and drop of loads of clothes!
5. I did not leave towels in the washer overnight and let them mildew...Have you ever done that? The smell is HORRID!
6. I did not forget to write down my Not Me's for the week!! So this post took me FOREVER to type while I thought about all the stuff I didn't do this weekend!
7. I did not just take a picture of my table to show my Halloween decor to come up with another Not Me. Why would someone do that?



8. I did not get up again at 5:00 am and go to the gym..now way, I am way to tired to do something like that!

Not Me Monday

It's time again for Not Me Monday!

1) I did not stop at Target because I "needed" something which made me almost miss my daughter in the Homecoming parade..What kind of Mom would do that?

2) I did not push down innocent children to get to the packages of Smarties being thrown from innocent children during the parade....I'm on a diet people!

3) I did not eat to much food at our annual Fall family get together..again, I'm on a diet people!

4) I did not let my daughter skip taking a shower two nights in row...because that would be disgusting!

5) I also did not let her wear jeans from the dirty clothes....who would do that??!

6) I did not get the kids McDonalds two nights in a row because I was to tired to fix dinner...that would be so wrong and unhealthy!

7) I did not gab through most of my daughters basketball game with the other moms...that would be so rude.

I can guarantee there are more but this is all I can think of at the moment...Hope you all had a fabulous weekend!

Not Me Monday...

This is my first Not Me Monday post and I'm posting it early I know! Here we go...



1. I did not eat 4 pieces of mushroom pizza AND chow down on taco dip and chips...nope not me!

2. I did not lay around in my jammies all day Sunday and miss church cuz I don't feel good...nope not me!

3. I did not sneak into Marshall's just to look around and spent almost an hour in there on Saturday..nope not me!

4. I did not tell my daughter to "hold on for a commercial break" cuz I was in the middle of a Lifetime movie...nope not me! (um, that's important programming, people!)

5. I did not eat 8 mini white powdered donuts this weekend...nope not me!

6. I did not sit and play on the computer when I said I was going to go to bed early...nope not me!

7. I did not NOT put away the laundry again today...nope not me!

8. I did not just ignore for the 3rd day in a row the dish towels that I folded and never put away. It's a long way downstairs!

I know there has to be more...I'll try to add more later. I still do not have a voice! Laryngitis means I don't have to answer the phone at work tomorrow! I'll have to be really nice to the others in the office so I can forward my phone to one of them!
